Brashear took a quick 6-0 lead in the top of the first, but Green City battled back to within 1 run twice during the game. Brashear each scored 4 runs in the final inning to make for an exciting finish. Alexa Higgins had a homerun and a double, Hannah Grissom had a homerun, a triple, and a double, Kynleigh White had 2 triples, Tanna Garlock had a triple, Callie Althide had a double and 2 singles, and Ava Hagan also had a hit. Atalie Hagan got the win, striking out 5.
